I recently visited the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to sort out a booking change and thought it would be helpful to hear how others found the experience. For me, the staff were friendly and handled my request clearly once I got to the counter. The biggest downside was the wait it took around 30 minutes before my number was called and the parking nearby was a bit difficult to manage.
Despite those small inconveniences, the face-to-face support made everything feel much easier and more reliable than trying to deal with it online or over the phone.
